Motivation

I need to get motivated. There are so many things I want to do, let alone all of the many things that I have to do or need to do. My life is full, but it could be full or better, nicer. More profitable stuff and be a lot more fun and rewarding. So I need to get my act together and be motivated. However here is the thing; I know all of this so why am I my usual lazy self? Ok so I do not procrastinate that much (except when I am worrying about procrastinating) but I will find mindless tasks to fill the time so that I do not have to do some of the important stuff. Obviously I am not such a numpty that the urgent stuff does not get done, of course it does. Including writing this! But that seems to be just about where my motivation ends.

So why is it sometimes you feel like you can take on the world and other times you just cant be bothered? It seems this motivation thing can be a bit tricky. Especially when you own and work in an escort agency. Trying to make money and have a life while working with the kind of woman that will escort Marbella visitors professional is a bit more of a challenge than most people have to deal with! One thing I do know is that whilst a rah rah pump it up speech ñike you get at a Tony Robbins seminar may get me started, unless I have a degree of commitment it will not carry me much further. AndI suspect that, if you are honest, you are probably similar to me in that regard.

The motivation to get started is not the same as the motivation to keep going. Going to the gym once is a good start. But getting there five days a week no matter what the weather, your mood, your work load or what you have going on in your life is a very different thing. But guess what? Your body does not care that you are bored with lifting weights or doing a high intensity interval training session. What it cares about is that you do it. And the same is true of pretty much everything else in your life. To hell with motivation, work on discipline. That is my new matra.
